  • 0.5 small Avocado (frozen chunks)
  • 1 cup Crushed ice
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 scoop Collagen peptides

Instructions:

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk, hemp hearts, and blue spirulina powder to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds to fully pulverize the hemp seeds and create a smooth 'mylk' base.
  3. Add the frozen avocado chunks, honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of salt. Pulse 3-4 times to break up the frozen elements.
  4. Blend on medium-high until the mixture moves in a smooth vortex and the color shifts to a frothy sky blue.
  5. Add the lemon juice and collagen peptides. Blend briefly on low speed to combine without over-aerating.
