- 1 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 scoop Collagen peptides
Instructions:
- Add the unsweetened coconut milk, hemp hearts, and blue spirulina powder to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds to fully pulverize the hemp seeds and create a smooth 'mylk' base.
- Add the frozen avocado chunks, honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of salt. Pulse 3-4 times to break up the frozen elements.
- Blend on medium-high until the mixture moves in a smooth vortex and the color shifts to a frothy sky blue.
- Add the lemon juice and collagen peptides. Blend briefly on low speed to combine without over-aerating.
- Pour into a chilled tall glass and serve immediately for maximum nutrient absorption.
