Ingredients:

  • 2 medium overripe bananas, mashed (225g)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (125g)
  • 2 tbsp honey (42g)
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (135g)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (24g)
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts (60g)
  • 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips (55g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (3g)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (1.5g)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until the mixture is a smooth, lump-free paste. Stir in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until the batter is glossy and uniform.
  2. Add the cinnamon and salt, then stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the crushed nuts and chocolate chips until a thick dough forms and no dry pockets remain.
  3. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms to form a 1-inch sphere. Repeat until all dough is used.
