Ingredients:
- 2 medium overripe bananas, mashed (225g)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (125g)
- 2 tbsp honey (42g)
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (135g)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (24g)
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts (60g)
- 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips (55g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (3g)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (1.5g)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until the mixture is a smooth, lump-free paste. Stir in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until the batter is glossy and uniform.
- Add the cinnamon and salt, then stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the crushed nuts and chocolate chips until a thick dough forms and no dry pockets remain.
- Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms to form a 1-inch sphere. Repeat until all dough is used.
