Ingredients:

  • 12 Large Medjool Dates, pitted
  • 6 tbsp Raw Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
  • 2 oz Melted Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)

Instructions:

  1. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise to create an opening, being careful not to cut all the way through. Remove and discard the pit.
  2. Using a teaspoon or a small piping bag, fill the cavity of each date with approximately 1/2 tablespoon of raw almond butter.
  3. Press 3-4 sliced almonds into the almond butter filling of each date.
  4. Mix the chia seeds and hemp hearts together, then sprinkle the mixture over the top of the almond butter.
  5. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the finished dates and finish with a small pinch of flaky sea salt.
