Ingredients:
- 12 Large Medjool Dates, pitted
- 6 tbsp Raw Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
- 2 oz Melted Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
Instructions:
- Slice each Medjool date lengthwise to create an opening, being careful not to cut all the way through. Remove and discard the pit.
- Using a teaspoon or a small piping bag, fill the cavity of each date with approximately 1/2 tablespoon of raw almond butter.
- Press 3-4 sliced almonds into the almond butter filling of each date.
- Mix the chia seeds and hemp hearts together, then sprinkle the mixture over the top of the almond butter.
- Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the finished dates and finish with a small pinch of flaky sea salt.
