Ingredients:
- 240ml (1 cup) 100% Pure Cranberry Juice (unsweetened)
- 120ml (½ cup) Freshly squeezed Orange Juice
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Fresh Lime Juice
- 60ml (4 tbsp) Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- 480ml (2 cups) Chilled Club Soda
- 0.5 cup Fresh or frozen whole cranberries
- 1 Large Orange, sliced into thin rounds
Instructions:
- Chill 240ml of pure cranberry juice and 120ml of orange juice. Note: Starting cold preserves the ice longer.
- Combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, and 30ml of lime juice in a pitcher.
- Stir in 60ml of rosemary simple syrup until the liquid looks uniform and dark.
- Prepare your glasses by placing two orange rounds and a handful of cranberries in each.
- Fill the glasses halfway with ice cubes until they clink against the rim.
- Pour the juice mixture over the ice, filling each glass about halfway.
- Top with 120ml of club soda per glass until the bubbles hiss and climb to the top.
- Stir once, very gently, from the bottom up to integrate.
- Slap a rosemary sprig against your palm to release the oils and tuck it into the glass.
- Serve immediately while the carbonation is at its peak.
