Ingredients:

  • 120 ml Raw Unsweetened Coconut Water
  • 60 ml High-quality Sparkling Mineral Water
  • 30 ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 5 Thin slices of English Cucumber
  • 1 tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 4 Fresh Mint Leaves

  2. Add the 30 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt to the glass.
  3. Using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, press firmly and twist the ingredients until the aroma of mint and ginger fills the air.
  4. Pour in the 120 ml of raw coconut water and stir the mixture for at least 20 seconds. Note: This allows the ginger and cucumber flavors to properly infuse the liquid before the ice goes in.
  5. Fill the glass to the brim with large ice cubes. Note: Smaller ice melts faster and will dilute your hard earned flavor profile too quickly.
  6. Top with the 60 ml of sparkling mineral water and stir gently once. Note: An over aggressive stir will kill the bubbles.
  7. Check the color balance. You should see a beautiful jade tint from the cucumber and vibrant green flecks of mint.
  8. Garnish with an extra sprig of mint or a cucumber ri
