Ingredients:
- 60g Medjool dates, pitted
- 120ml warm almond milk
- 240ml unsweetened almond milk
- 60g frozen banana
- 15g rolled oats
- 16g almond butter
- 2g ground cinnamon
- 2g pure vanilla extract
- 0.5g sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the pitted dates in a small bowl and cover them with warm almond milk. Let them sit for 5–10 minutes to soften the fibers.
- Add ingredients to the blender in the following order: unsweetened almond milk, the soaked dates with their soaking liquid, rolled oats, almond butter, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, sea salt, and finally the frozen banana.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is mahogany-colored and perfectly smooth.
