Ingredients:

  • 60g Medjool dates, pitted
  • 120ml warm almond milk
  • 240ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 60g frozen banana
  • 15g rolled oats
  • 16g almond butter
  • 2g ground cinnamon
  • 2g pure vanilla extract
  • 0.5g sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the pitted dates in a small bowl and cover them with warm almond milk. Let them sit for 5–10 minutes to soften the fibers.
  2. Add ingredients to the blender in the following order: unsweetened almond milk, the soaked dates with their soaking liquid, rolled oats, almond butter, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, sea salt, and finally the frozen banana.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is mahogany-colored and perfectly smooth.
