Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups (225g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium (118g) frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp (15g) honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey into the blender first, followed by the Greek yogurt to prevent frozen fruit from sticking to the blades.
  2. Add the frozen berries and frozen banana slices on top of the yogurt mixture.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest speed to break up the large frozen chunks, then gradually increase to high speed.
  4. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is glossy and completely uniform in texture.
  5. Check the consistency; if too thick, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until the desired pourable consistency is reached.
