  • 1 tsp (2g) dried dill
  • 1 tsp (2g) dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mince garlic cloves until they form a fine paste. If using fresh herbs, chop them finely to ensure the flavor distributes evenly throughout the creamy base.
  2. In a mixing bowl or mason jar, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Whisk vigorously until the oil is fully incorporated and the mixture looks smooth and glossy.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until the herbs are evenly suspended. Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice. For a more integrated flavor, let the dressing sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
