- 1/2 tsp (3g) fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Mince garlic cloves until they form a fine paste. If using fresh herbs, chop them finely to ensure the flavor distributes evenly throughout the creamy base.
- In a mixing bowl or mason jar, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Whisk vigorously until the oil is fully incorporated and the mixture looks smooth and glossy.
- Stir in the minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until the herbs are evenly suspended. Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice. For a more integrated flavor, let the dressing sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
