Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 0.25 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to the blender in the following order: almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, rolled oats, almond butter, then frozen berries and banana.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed to break up frozen chunks, then slowly increase to high speed for 45–60 seconds until the consistency is smooth.
- Stop the blender and check for unblended oats or fruit bits. Adjust thickness by adding a splash of almond milk if too thick, or more frozen berries if too thin, and blend for 10 more seconds.
