Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to the blender in the following order: almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, rolled oats, almond butter, then frozen berries and banana.
  2. Start the blender on the lowest speed to break up frozen chunks, then slowly increase to high speed for 45–60 seconds until the consistency is smooth.
  3. Stop the blender and check for unblended oats or fruit bits. Adjust thickness by adding a splash of almond milk if too thick, or more frozen berries if too thin, and blend for 10 more seconds.
