Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (475g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (21g) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (60g) almond granola
  • 2 tbsp (15g) chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until the texture is velvety and smooth.
  2. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly into two glass jars.
  3. Immediately before serving, sprinkle chia seeds and almond granola over the top layer, pressing lightly into the yogurt.
