  • 1/2 cup (75g) Persian cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup (60g) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp (15g) red onion, finely minced
  • 1 tsp (5ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5g) Everything Bagel seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Scoop the cottage cheese into a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the lemon juice, chopped dill, and black pepper until the herbs are evenly distributed.
  2. Spoon the seasoned cottage cheese into a serving bowl. Arrange the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and minced red onion in distinct sections on top of the cheese.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil evenly across the vegetables and sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning over the entire bowl for a salty, nutty finish.
