- 1 tbsp (15g) red onion, finely minced
- 1 tsp (5ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp (5g) Everything Bagel seasoning
Instructions:
- Scoop the cottage cheese into a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the lemon juice, chopped dill, and black pepper until the herbs are evenly distributed.
- Spoon the seasoned cottage cheese into a serving bowl. Arrange the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and minced red onion in distinct sections on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the olive oil evenly across the vegetables and sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning over the entire bowl for a salty, nutty finish.
