Ingredients:
- 1 cup (245g) Plain Greek Yogurt (0% or 2% fat)
- 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla Whey or Casein protein powder
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ½ cup (75g) Fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp (10g) Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp (15g) Sliced almonds
- 1 tsp (5g) Raw honey
Instructions:
- Add the Greek yogurt and protein powder to your bowl. Stir vigorously with a spoon or whisk until the powder is fully incorporated and the mixture looks smooth and glossy. If the mixture feels too thick or 'chalky,' stir in the almond milk one teaspoon at a time until it reaches a velvety consistency.
- Carefully spoon the protein base into the bottom of the bowl. Top with the fresh berries and sprinkle the chia seeds and sliced almonds evenly across the surface.
- Drizzle the honey or maple syrup over the top in a thin stream.
