Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (30g) fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen riced cauliflower, pre-steamed
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup (120g) full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp (5ml) freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk (or coconut water) into the blender carafe first to ensure a smooth blend and prevent blades from stalling.
  2. Add the baby spinach, grated ginger, lemon zest, and ground cinnamon. Blend on medium-high speed for 30 seconds until the mixture is a vibrant, consistent green liquid.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, almond butter, and chia seeds to the liquid base. Top with the frozen cauliflower and frozen mixed berries.
  4. Pulse the blender 3-4 times to break down the frozen ingredients, then increase to high speed and blend for 45–60 seconds until the surface is glossy and uniform.
