Instructions:
- Wash the apple thoroughly to remove any wax, keeping the skin intact for maximum fiber content.
- Slice the apple into 12-14 thin, uniform wedges using a paring knife or apple corer.
- Toss the apple slices in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to prevent oxidation and add a bright acidic note.
- Measure 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter into a small ramekin for portion-controlled dipping.
- Dust the peanut butter with ground Ceylon cinnamon and sprinkle with chia seeds to enhance insulin sensitivity and add extra fiber.
