Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup (70g) steamed or canned beets, chilled
- 1 tbsp (10g) hemp seeds
- 1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup (120ml) fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp (5g) honey
Instructions:
- Pour the orange juice, almond milk, and lemon juice into the blender first to ensure a smooth blend.
- Add the spinach, beets, and hemp seeds, then layer the frozen blueberries and yogurt on top to push greens toward the blades.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until the mixture reaches a consistent, velvety purple hue with no visible green flecks.
