Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (60g) fresh baby spinach, packed
  • 1/2 cup (70g) steamed or canned beets, chilled
  • 1 tbsp (10g) hemp seeds
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp (5g) honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour the orange juice, almond milk, and lemon juice into the blender first to ensure a smooth blend.
  2. Add the spinach, beets, and hemp seeds, then layer the frozen blueberries and yogurt on top to push greens toward the blades.
  3. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until the mixture reaches a consistent, velvety purple hue with no visible green flecks.
