Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) pasteurized whole milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
  • 1 tsp (7g) maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp (0.5g) ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup (37.5g) fresh berries

Instructions:

  1. Place 1/2 cup (45g) Old-Fashioned rolled oats and 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds into your jar.
  2. Add 1/4 tsp (0.5g) ground cinnamon and 1/2 tsp (2g) freshly grated ginger.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup (120ml) pasteurized whole milk.
  4. Add 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt and 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter.
  5. Drizzle in 1 tsp (7g) maple syrup.
  6. Stir vigorously with a spoon or spatula for at least 30 seconds until the almond butter is no longer in one big clump.
  7. Wait 2 minutes, then stir one more time.
  8. Seal the jar and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours until the oats are plump and the liquid is gone.
  9. Just before serving, top with 1/4 cup (37.5g) fresh berries.
  10. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, splash in one extra tablespoon of milk before eating.
