Ingredients:
- 1 cup commercially prepared pasteurized mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup pasteurized sour cream
- 1/4 cup pasteurized buttermilk
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp dried chives
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine the pasteurized mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk vigorously for approximately 30 seconds until the emulsion is smooth and free of lumps.
- Sprinkle the dried parsley, dried dill weed, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper over the creamy base.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk thoroughly until the dried aromatics are evenly distributed throughout the dressing.
- Transfer to an airtight glass mason jar. While it can be served immediately, chilling for 30 minutes allows the dried herbs to fully hydrate.
