Ingredients:

  • 1 cup commercially prepared pasteurized mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup pasteurized sour cream
  • 1/4 cup pasteurized buttermilk
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine the pasteurized mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk vigorously for approximately 30 seconds until the emulsion is smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Sprinkle the dried parsley, dried dill weed, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper over the creamy base.
  3. Add the fresh lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk thoroughly until the dried aromatics are evenly distributed throughout the dressing.
  4. Transfer to an airtight glass mason jar. While it can be served immediately, chilling for 30 minutes allows the dried herbs to fully hydrate.
