Ingredients:
- 4 oz Premium Non-Alcoholic Prosecco
- 1 oz Sparkling Mineral Water
- 0.5 oz Elderflower Syrup
- 2 dashes Non-alcoholic Orange Bitters
- 1 tsp Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Large strip of Grapefruit zest
- 1 Sprig of fresh Mint
Instructions:
- Place your serving glass in the freezer for 15 minutes until a thick frost forms.
- Add the elderflower syrup and the strained lemon juice to the bottom of the chilled glass.
- Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle and slowly pour the chilled non-alcoholic prosecco down the side to preserve the carbonation.
- Top with sparkling mineral water and add two dashes of non-alcoholic orange bitters.
- Using a bar spoon, give the mixture a single 'gentle lift' from the bottom to integrate the syrup without dissipating the bubbles.
- Express the grapefruit zest over the glass to release oils, then garnish with the zest strip and a fresh mint sprig.
