Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Premium Non-Alcoholic Prosecco
  • 1 oz Sparkling Mineral Water
  • 0.5 oz Elderflower Syrup
  • 2 dashes Non-alcoholic Orange Bitters
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Large strip of Grapefruit zest
  • 1 Sprig of fresh Mint

Instructions:

  1. Place your serving glass in the freezer for 15 minutes until a thick frost forms.
  2. Add the elderflower syrup and the strained lemon juice to the bottom of the chilled glass.
  3. Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle and slowly pour the chilled non-alcoholic prosecco down the side to preserve the carbonation.
  4. Top with sparkling mineral water and add two dashes of non-alcoholic orange bitters.
  5. Using a bar spoon, give the mixture a single 'gentle lift' from the bottom to integrate the syrup without dissipating the bubbles.
  6. Express the grapefruit zest over the glass to release oils, then garnish with the zest strip and a fresh mint sprig.
