Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (227g) Plain 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh raspberries or blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (15g) natural almond butter
  • 1 tsp (5g) chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp (15g) chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) raw honey
  • 1 pinch Ceylon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Scoop 1 cup (227g) Plain 2% Greek Yogurt into your bowl. Note: Use a cold bowl to keep the yogurt thick and refreshing.
  2. Stir in 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract and 1 pinch Ceylon cinnamon. Mix until the yogurt looks silky.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tsp (5g) chia seeds over the top and give them a quick fold.
  4. Drizzle 1 tbsp (15g) natural almond butter in a circular motion. Note: Do not fully mix it in; the swirls provide better flavor variation.
  5. Place 1/2 cup (75g) fresh raspberries or blueberries on one side of the bowl.
  6. Scatter 2 tbsp (15g) chopped walnuts over the berries and almond butter.
  7. Drizzle 1/2 tsp (3g) raw honey across the entire surface.
  8. Let the bowl sit for 1 minute until the chia seeds begin to hydrate.
  9. Serve immediately. Enjoy the contrast of the cold yogurt and the shatter of the walnuts.
