Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120g) frozen strawberries
- 1 medium (118g) ripe banana, frozen in chunks
- 1/2 cup (120ml) plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp (5g) fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 2 tbsp (12g) rolled oats, uncooked
Instructions:
- Peel the fresh ginger using the edge of a spoon and grate it finely using a microplane to avoid fibrous chunks.
- Pour the Greek yogurt into the blender first to ensure the frozen ingredients do not get stuck in the blades.
- Add the frozen banana, strawberries, oats, and ginger to the blender.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting, gradually increasing to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the oats are completely pulverized and the mixture is glossy and smooth.
