Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach, packed
  • 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Combine the almond milk, lemon juice, and baby spinach in the blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until the mixture is a completely smooth, bright green liquid with no visible leaf fragments.
  2. Add the frozen banana slices, frozen mango, and chia seeds to the green base.
  3. Start the blender on low and quickly increase to high. Process for 45–60 seconds until the mixture looks velvety and swirls consistently. Add a splash more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
