Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach, packed
- 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
- Combine the almond milk, lemon juice, and baby spinach in the blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until the mixture is a completely smooth, bright green liquid with no visible leaf fragments.
- Add the frozen banana slices, frozen mango, and chia seeds to the green base.
- Start the blender on low and quickly increase to high. Process for 45–60 seconds until the mixture looks velvety and swirls consistently. Add a splash more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
